Two Windows-specific notes baked into the file:
- RewriteBase /Invoice_lara/ was required — without it, Windows resolved the redirect target as a filesystem path (http://localhost/C:/xampp/htdocs/...).
- Added Options -Indexes so source folders (app/, config/, database/, …) no longer show directory listings (returns 403 now).
